Description of problem:
The taglib package for el5 does not contain the latest version. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
current el5 version: 1.5

current f14, f15 version: 1.7

Additional info:
There are many bugfixes and more importantly the addition of the ability to read and write RIFF headers in both .wav and .aiff files.

Arg, looks like el6 includes only taglib-1.6.1 :(

epel-5 is sync'd to el6's taglib version now, 1.6.1, I think that's probably the best we can do for now.
