Description of problem:

When I report crash via Logger and Mailx and won't include any data in "Confirm data to report" screen of the GUI I will get a bit different reports:

I think switching to the description format we currently use in BZ ( and in Logger) might be a winning idea here.

* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
