How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an env (prior = locker)
2. Go to promotions page
3. In the env breadcrumb, select $YOUR_ENV
  
Actual results:
Breadcrumb only shows Locker

Expected results:
Breadcrumb shows Locker -> $YOUR_ENV

should be fixed in 78597cb1e55694e265a9b635ba26311be41952be in promotions branch, will move to modified once it hits master.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
