Have you tested your CDs? http://people.redhat.com/~msf/mediacheck.html Yes, I have tested all ISOs used md5sum. They are all right. I'm not sure I understand - have you tested the ISOs following the instructions n the web site I have? I didn't use "linux mediacheck" because I didn't know this before. I installed from Hard Driver and the ISOs were on a fat32 partition. The only test I've done was tested the ISOs by md5sum.exe, and then checked the number in md5sum. The 16bit number of each ISO was correct. Now I've formatted the HD and reinstalled everything including Redhat. This time was quite smooth and both Windows and Redhat are running well, but there was a problem I want to mention. After I installed the Redhat, I run the PartitiomMagic in Windows. It reported there was a problem in each Redhat partition, and if auto-fixed it(sorry I didn't copy the report). I choiced Yes but didn't see any different. I've seen the same problem was posted in somewhere, but it doesn't seem a serious problem. Since I'm a newbie on Redhat and Linux, my report maybe wasn't clear. Sorry about that. Anyway, thank you very much for your help. Glad to hear you have things working now! |
