1. Create a pool
2. select the new pool and click on delete/destroy button
3. Two pop -ups come :
  a: Please make a selection before clicking Delete button.
  b. Please select any pool to be deleted before clicking Delete button.

This has been fixed in next already (works on my current HEAD: e491e0f6e96c85b5c8f46018d4c5aeb0290c979f), but I've found another issue related to deleting pools in the Filter View so I've fixed that one instead :-)

When the user switched to the filter view and wanted to delete pools from the table, they didn't get the delete confirmation. So here's the fix:
