Description of problem:
The Name field on the IPA Server Configuration page, really means nothing to an administrator. The field is irrelevant and really is not necessary. If it was possible to create more than one configuration, it would be different. At minimim, it should not be an editable field that gives an incorrect error if you attempt to modify it.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ipa-server-2.0.99-2.20110629T0200zgit66eeace.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into IPA Server Web UI ad admin
2.  IPA Server ---> Configuration
3.  Attempt to modify "Name"

Actual results:
incorrect error message

Expected results:

Minimum:  Not an editable field

Ideal: Not to display an the name with is irrelevant at this time to the administrator.
