Description of problem:
Hi I have a problem to clone plan number 3486. This plan have originally 242 test cases. But all my attempts to clone them ended like these plans:
* https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/plan/4137/
* https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/plan/4136/
* https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/plan/4135/

Only 4 of 242 cases were cloned.

Nitrate 3.4.1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open plan number 3486
2. hit clone button
3. let checked the default options
  
Actual results:
only 4 of 242 cases were cloned

Try to clone plan 3486 on stage, can reproduce it. 
1.Open https://tcms-stage.englab.bne.redhat.com/plan/3486
2.Click clone plan
3.keep the default options,click clone button
Actual result:
Will show Error page as attachment, but actually the clone plan[1] have been created with only 4 cases.

Additional info: try to clone other plan[2],clone successfully.

Will fix it in V3.5, it's caused by some cases with default_tester = None.

UnboundLocalError

Verify 3.5.0-1 on stage -->FAIL

Verify steps:
1.Open https://tcms-stage.englab.bne.redhat.com/plan/3486
2.Click clone plan
3.keep the default options,click clone button.

Actual result:
1.After step3, it turn to an error page "UnboundLocalError at /plans/clone/". Please refer to the attachment "UnboundLocalError"
2.Actually the new cloned plan has been created with no case in it.

It's caused by some code refine(regarding to bug 545082).
Already fixed, sorry for any inconvenience.

3.5.0-3 on stage.

Actual results:
Clone successfully

Verify result: PASSED
