This is related to bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=717634
Could ID is not updated too (same as public address), then ssh key for an instance can't be properly set as conductor doesn't know where an instance is running.

Adds "Download key" link to instances on deployment pretty view.

Otherwise, a user must manually enter the URL for /conductor/instances in order to find the key for the instance they just launched.

Commit 7c0a539913f83baea34a2c2411e23419b4666e5d shows download link in pretty view but ssh key won't be set anyway (and downloadable) until bug 717634
 is fixed.
