Description of problem:
When quotacheck access is denied by selinux, the command doesn't bother to report any error, even in verbose mode, and it returns exit code 0.

How to reproduce: Enforcing SELinux, system_u:object_r:quota_exec_t:s0 label on quotacheck executable and non-mount label on mount point (e.g. system_u:object_r:file_t:s0).
