Created attachment 510710 [details] ovaldi.log contents and output (ovaldi.out) showing Error Msg Description of problem: OVALDI 5.9 completes analysis but fails during translation of "results.xml" by "results_to_html". Error first occurs around line 641 of results.xml where xmlns="" & xmlns="(url schema assigned...)" are identified as erroneously assigning multiple attribute value.
