The default MRG messaging group install includes the broker cluster module.  Not all customers, however, have the required entitlements under rhel 6.

 * Remove qpid-cpp-server-cluster from the default install group
 * Alter the install guide to offer an additional step ot install clustering

The new procedure to install messaging plus clustering would be:

 # yum groupinstall mrg-messaging
 # yum install qpid-cpp-server-cluster
