Description Sebastian Krämer 2011-07-01 19:55:54 UTC
abrt version: 2.0.3
architecture: x86_64
cmdline: /usr/bin/python /usr/bin/blueman-applet
comment: Trying to connect to a "Headset service" instead of audio sink for a BT stereo headset. The latter succeded. Theoretically, headset service should work too, the device supports the profile.

Turned BT headset on,
plugged BT adapter in and gave it some time to settle -> blueman-applet showed in systray,
right-clicked it and chose from recent connections "audio sind on <..>"

The audio sink is actually created (and working) but there was this crash.

some lines from dmesg:
[ 3549.148805] pulseaudio[1717]: module-bluetooth-device.c: Skipping 3669 us (= 644 bytes) in audio stream
( many of these "skipping .." lines)
[ 3549.152444] bluetoothd[1006]: HUP or ERR on socket
[ 3549.154090] bluetoothd[1006]: headset_resume_complete: resume failed
[ 3549.154140] pulseaudio[1717]: module-bluetooth-device.c: Received error condition: Input/output error
[ 3549.154168] bluetoothd[1006]: bluetoothd[1006]: HUP or ERR on socket

Run NetworkManager after it crashes on a dhclient access to a /var/run file

SELinux is preventing /sbin/dhclient from read access on the file nm-dhclient-em1.conf.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests ***************************

If you believe that dhclient should be allowed read access on the nm-dhclient-em1.conf file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# grep dhclient /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

Comment 7 Fedora End Of Life 2012-08-07 17:33:04 UTC
This message is a notice that Fedora 15 is now at end of life. Fedora
has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 15. It is
Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no
longer maintained. At this time, all open bugs with a Fedora 'version'
of '15' have been closed as WONTFIX.

(Please note: Our normal process is to give advanced warning of this
occurring, but we forgot to do that. A thousand apologies.)

Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you
plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, feel free to reopen
this bug and simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version.

Bug Reporter: Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that
we were unable to fix it before Fedora 15 reached end of life. If you
would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it
against a later version of Fedora, you are encouraged to click on
"Clone This Bug" (top right of this page) and open it against that
version of Fedora.

Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's
lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a
more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes
bugs or makes them obsolete.

The process we are following is described here:
