Description of problem:
The param names for ec2 enhanced have changed.  Change all instances of:
EC2E_DAEMON -> CARONIAD

(EC2E_HOOK params should be let as is)

Also, the example config file has changed:
/usr/share/doc/condor-ec2-enhanced-hooks-1.1/example/condor_config.example -> /usr/share/doc/condor-ec2-enhanced-hooks-1.2/example/60condor-ec2e-hooks.config.example
