1. Start "redhat-config-users"
2. Click About->Help
	

Actual Results:  Brings up Mozilla displaying:
"file:///usr/share/doc/redhat-config-users-1.1/user-new.html"


Expected Results:  Starting gnome-help (Yelp) to display the document.

I can only fix critical bugs at the moment.  Deferring.
