it looks like the first oops that happens didn't make it fully into the photographs. By any chance did it make it into the logs ?

You're looking for 'drm_vblank_put'. If that shows up in the logs, just attach the whole thing.

Today, first time it was possible to work about hours using a gnome3-session without a kernel panic (until today the system crashed just on logging in into a gnome3-session). after ca. 1.5 hours the system freezed in graphics mode whithout a "black screen" (=returning to textmode). But there was no change made before (e.g. new kernel).

updated /var/log/messages after a panic (about 45' after starting the system)

On the same computer I added Gnome 3 to my Ubuntu 11.04-System. The consequences where similar to these on the fedora 15 system: got a kernel panic, the system froze. Maybe gnome3/clutter has a problem with the graphics adapter "Intel Corporation 82915G/GV/910GL Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 04)" (output of "lspci | grep -i vga")

Since Kernel version 2.6.40-4fc15.i686 has come and was installed, the problem did not occur any more. :)
