Description of problem:
In a run, "Default tester" is one of the filter options for searching cases. Actually when you input a name in the default tester, the search is executed via "Tester" not the "Default tester" of cases. 
So, I think it' probably due to the UI error in which "Default tester" is a wrong spelling.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter into a run.
2.Click "Show filter options' label.
3.Input default tester and click "Search" button.
  
Actual results:
The result list is filtered via the tester of cases not via the default tester of cases. 

Expected results:
The result list is filtered via the default tester of cases.

tester == default tester.

Change to notbug
