The warning page.

Description of problem:
When changing classification, input Chinese characters in the name column, and click "save", then it jump to a warning page.

TCMS 3.4.1-2 - stage 

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Put the mouse on "ADMIN" menu.
2.Click "Management" submenu.
3.Click "Change" label behind "Classification".
4.Choose one classification and click it.
5.Change the name information in the page.
6.Click "Save" button.
  
Actual results:
It turn to a warning page and the name information changed has been saved

because no requirement about non-English classification name, so close this bug.
