Description of problem:

This could be a duplicate of bug 719368 which documents the page mis-renders...

On this mis-rendered page, the 'hide stopped' filter link doesn't work.  Not sure if that is a by-product of the mis-render or not.

Steps to Reproduce:
------------------------
1.  Start some instances
2.  Click on monitor tab
3.  Click on list view
4.  Click on instances list
6.  Stop a instance (page mis-renders, bug 719368)
7.  After the instance stops, click on the 'hide stopped' link.
8.  Notice that the URL updates with instances?hide_stopped=true but the stopped instances are still displayed

hide stopped instances filter is working.

stopped instances does not get displayed when clicked on "Hide stopped"
