Description of problem:

why would we pull the boot iso from a hardcoded url. We should pull the iso from the repository listed in the template xml.

I don't think this is hard-coded.  If you are inside the RedHat network, then the private mirror kicks in.

That is:

download.fedoraproject.org -> download.fedora.devel.redhat.com = gromit.redhat.com

(confirmed with nslookup).
