Description of problem:
The build logs for CUPS do not include the actual command lines used to compile the code.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cups-1.4.2-40.el6

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Build cups
  
Actual results:
No gcc lines in build log

Expected results:
All gcc lines in build log

Additional info:
Fixing this will make any future occasion much easier when we need to know whether a particular build flag was used.

This was fixed in Fedora in commit ed0066f.

Actually it turns out that we already unsilence builds... sorry for the noise.
