Description of problem:
Right now we have the old Mediawiki wiki at aeolusproject.org/wiki and the new Redmine wiki, with content scattered across both. We need to standardize on one (seemingly Redmine), and move all the still-relevant content from one to the other. And make sure all the links point to the new one.
