Description of problem:
Kdump service is running when using local storage as kdump location, but failed to generate vmcore file.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhev-hypervisor-6.2-0.3.el6

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure kdump is operational.
2. Trigger a crash by "echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger"

Actual results:
Kdump failed work and kernel panic.

Expected results:
Kdump should work.


In additional: 
Test on RHEL6 with the same kernel and kexec-tool, kdump work well.

while configure with restore(Local) kdump is not operational, bug 719905 can track it, so close this one.
