As part of a bug fix and related to multi-cert work, I had to make RHUI Manager a bit more aware of which entitlements are valid v. those that are expired. The majority of the fix was to only have the logic use non-expired certificates. But I also changed the entitlements view to show both and differentiate. It should be self-explanatory enough that all you need to do is update the screenshot on that page.

This is found in the Entitlements Manager screen when listing (option 'l'):

Verified under revision 1-19 with following stage doc link, the screen shot for entitlement certs has been changed.
