Auto complete search results box re-opened after pressing ENTER.


How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type a search string such as 'DataCenter: xx...'
2. Press ENTER
  
Actual results:
DataCenter tab gets active and search result gets box re-opened

Expected results:
DataCenter tab gets active and search result box should be totally closed.

- Auto complete search results box re-opened after pressing ENTER (See description)
- Text in search box is misaligned
- search box - clicking an option from the auto complete doesn't select it - 
only double click.
- search box - auto complete - moving with arrows and clicking enter to 
select an option loses focus so can't continue typing the search text

solved in m1.

in IE: text is aligned to top (sync alignment in all browsers)

copied behavior from WPF; should be changed.
