What type of laptop? I listed it, it's a ThinkPad A20p. That's a 700 Mhz P4 with 384 MB of RAM. I was using a LinkSys Cardbus 10/100 Mb/s ethernet card. Rage 128 graphics at 1400x1050 Arjan do you know of problems with these laptops responding to the kernel requesting it reboots? bios problem ;( The normal kernel will most likely not trigger it, but we can't fix it in the installer kernel since it'll break other broken-bios machines Fix one, break another. *sigh* Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug if the problem persists. The Fedora Legacy project (http://fedoralegacy.org/) maintains some older releases, and if you believe this bug is interesting to them, please report the problem in the bug tracker at: http://bugzilla.fedora.us/ |
