Fix delete action, include keybindings.properties in docs

- Patch delete to actually behave as delete instead of backspace.
- Include keybindings.properties in docs.

The delete fix has already been done upstream in 1.0 (but see bug 696568 for reasons to not update to it).  Upstream docs at http://jline.sourceforge.net/ refer to taking a look at keybindings.properties included with jline for how that stuff work, so include it in docs.

Let me know if you'd like me to push and build this for F-15+.

Given no comments, I took the liberty to push and build this and some other packaging improvements for Rawhide.
