This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

after upgrade the rhev-hypervisor to the newest version from kernel boot command line with "linux upgrade", the default boot item in grub.conf always set to the Backup  item, this need to set to the newest system,
