In conductor, if you resize the screen so that the screen is a little too small for the main page contents and the footer, you see the contents overlap the footer

I sent a patch upstream for this:

And Ken is going to look into incorporating the change into the source UX files

I have already fixed this issue in this patch

Sent a patch to the list which resolves this issue. Tested in FF ~3.6, Chrome, etc.

Scroll bar appears on Re-sizing the screen .
