Description of problem:
unable to use createrepo due to createrepo crash - index error pop from empty list

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
createrepo-0.9.9-3.fc15.noarch

How reproducible:
run createrepo against directory containing attached list of packages, all from fedora repository.

Steps to Reproduce:
run createrepo against directory containing attached list of packages, all from official fedora repository.
  
Actual results:
createrepo does not work, i've been unable to use it for at least a month due to this issue. and looking at historic bugs 701744, 715108 this bug reoccurs over and over.

Expected results:
createrepo should print a warning, as opposed to fully crashing due to bogus info in rpm descriptions. It is insane to have a single point of failure which can be triggered by literally any package in any repo...
