Description of problem:

The item "reboot local abort" in RHEL5.4 x86_64 bit certification when apply the latest certification tool : v7 1.3. 46 (v7-1.3-46.el5.noarch.rpm)




Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
1. Enabled VT in BIOS
2. Type "Xen Key" and install RHEL5.4 GA 64bit OS.
3. Copy fvimages into /var/lib/xen/images
4. Install "dt-15.14-2.EL5.x86_64.rpm""stress-0.18.8-  1.3.EL5.x86_64.rpm" "lmbench-3.0a7-6.EL5.x86_64.rpm"  "v7-1.3-46.el5.noarch.rpm"
5. Run "v7 plan" and "v7 certify --server 192.168.0.1"  ---NETSVR IP 192.168.0.1
6. After certification complete, type "y" to reboot the SUT
7. The "local reboot abort" after print the v7 summary
8. SUT didn't reboot automatically.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. RHEL6 64bit with the same certification (v7 1.3. 46), local reboot abort PASS --> PASS
2. Enable Kdump, and set 128M in RHEL5.4 x86_64bit --->local reboot PASS, but nfs reboot abort -->FAIL
3. Enable kdump, and set the same memory size according to the SUT -->local reboot and nfs reboot both abort -->FAIL
  
Actual results:
local reboot abort

Expected results:
local reboot PASS

Sorry, update the Steps to Reproduce: 1 RHEL6 64bit with the same certification (v7 1.3. 46), local reboot 
PASS --> PASS

This bug/component is not included in scope for RHEL-5.11.0 which is the last RHEL5 minor release. This Bugzilla will soon be CLOSED as WONTFIX (at the end of RHEL5.11 development phase (Apr 22, 2014)).
