Description of problem:
Last Translator info is not updated in exported po files.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.4-SNAPSHOT

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login as user X
2. User X translates a message in document, and save (can be either implicit or explicit).
3. Export the document immediately.
  
Expected results:
User X appears as last translator in that document.
