Description of problem:
from $HOME/.imsettings.log on f15 box:

I think it should be fixed with 1.3.2-7.  Could you test it?

ibus-m17n-1.3.2-7.fc15 has been pushed to the Fedora 15 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
