Actual results:
Nothing to read. Even the Description field in the rpm is one liner.

Expected results:
Include either some basic README file or a manpage.

    721282: Enhance the documentation delivered with the rpm.
    
    The README file was a bit sparse, so that was updated. The README is then
    packaged with the base candlepin rpm file.
