Steps to Reproduce: 
Have entered into a plan.


1.Click "Cases" label.

2.Choose some cases you want to create run.

3.Click "Run" label.

4.Input the information for run.

5.Click "Save" button.



Actual results: 
The run can be created and saved,then turn to the run's page.
And an email is received.

But in the email, the address of the link is not right:
"### Links ###
Test run: http://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/run/xxxxx/"


Expected results:
1.Verify that after step 3, turn to the page "Create new test run".

2.After step 5, the run has been created and turn to the run's page.

3. Check your mail box, verify you have received a email about creating new
run. And verify the content of email is "A new test run has been created for
you." but not "New test run has been create for you."(Please refer to the bug #
701697)

4.the link should be:
https://tcms-stage.englab.bne.redhat.com/run/xxxxx/
