Description Mark Watts 2011-07-14 14:11:54 UTC
Whenever I deploy configuration files from Spacewalk, a set of directories are created wherever the files are deployed to, consisting of the directory path to that file.

eg:

Deploy /etc/ntp.conf, directory /etc/etc is created
Deploy /etc/ntp/keys, directory /etc/ntp/etc/ntp is created

This appears to be repeatable since its happend for files in 2 separate configuration channels and on all the clients I'm deploying to.

I believe this is a duplicate of bug 689417 and as such was addressed in Spacewalk 1.5.
