Description David Lutterkort 2011-07-14 16:55:08 UTC
Currently, condor polls the list of all instances in backends every 30s. For slow backends, this leads to serious trouble (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DTACLOUD-58)

It would be better if condor skipped update runs while a previous one is still in progress.
