Description of problem:
A program with "program specified size" larger than "program specified maximum
size" is not restricted to the maximum size when started under sawfish. 
(WindowMaker and mwm both restrict the window as requested.)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Compile the attached program.
2.Start it under sawfish

Actual Results:  A huge window, extending beyond the visible screen, comes up.

Expected Results:  A window restricted by the maximum size parameters. 
Approximately filling up the screen, but not more.  Trying the same application
under WindowMaker or mwm illustrates the idea.

Additional info:

I attach the output of xprop and xwininfo for the running application.

The same problem seems to happen also with sawfish 2.0 from Null.  This test was
not made on a pure Null machine, though.

Closing on Red Hat level. We'll pick up any fixes in future Sawfish versions.
