Description of problem:
system suspends to ram OK, but never returns from sleep

see attached pm debug

How reproducible:
very

Steps to Reproduce:
1.pm-suspend as root
2.poweron
3.hang
  
Actual results:
system hangs to black screen with no further output after cdrom powers up

Expected results:
acpi monitor on disk spinup,etc...

John, the pm log seems OK. I guess it will be something in kernel. Could you provide your /var/log/messages after the hang?
