Description of problem:
From chapter11 "Monitoring the RHUI" following sections are no longer valid for RHUI2.0.

1. Monitoring the state of Red Hat Update Infrastructure: there is now such command like rhua summary in rhui 2.0, so this section needs to be removed.

2. Automated Monitoring: rhua start command is also not available with rhui2.0. so this section needs to be removed.


So currently the only valid section is "Log files" under chapter11.
