Description of problem:
Document list should show following information:
1. Status columns: 
   a. Statistics :Green as Approved (not-fuzzy), yellow as need-review(fuzzy), and red (untranslated).
   b. Translated
   c. Untranslated
   d. Remaining Hours

2. Tooltips: When hover on percentage bar for each translation, a table that contains:
