Description of problem:
TUI: No virtualization hardware detected info shows when switch Virtualization hardware support to disable

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhev-hypervisor-6.2-0.5.el6

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch Virtualization hardware support from enable to disable.
2. Install Rhev-h.

Actual results:
No virtualization hardware detected info shows on the installer and configuration screens.


Expected results:
Below message can show on the installer and configuration screens.

Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor release 6.2 (0.5.el6)
Kernel 2.6.32-131.4.1.el6.x86_64 on an x86_64 (/dev/ttyS0)
Virtualization hardware is unavailable.
(No virtualization hardware was detected on this system)

Verified on 6.2-0.14, "virtualization hardware detected but disabled" show on install screen.
