Description of problem:
I'd like to have new values (clear for QEs) in plan type:
1. General
2. Release

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Nitrate 3.4.1

Additional info:
There are a lot of types like "Functionality", "Unit", etc. but it's not so clear and nobody use it according to some rules. If there is a clear types like "General" and "Release" it would be very useful for us - We have all tests in general test plan (General) and for every version of RHEL we create a new plan (Release).
These values could be useful for other teams like Fedora, RHN etc.

Plan's type could be managed by userself who has admin permission.So if you want to add new type ,please contact team member in admin.
Just communication with reporter, and add that two types in TCMS now.
So close this bug.
