Description of problem:
RHEV-H cannot be operating via serial console during install or after install.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhev-hypervisor-6.2-05

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch RHEV-H install via pxe.
2. Append "console=ttyS0,115200n8" to boot params.
3. Open serial console by minicom or putty.
4. Tab to "Install Hypervisor 6.1" and hit enter.

Actual results:
No response, the installation cannot be continue in serial console.

Expected results:
RHEV-H can be operating in serial console.

Additional info:
Install rhev-h on tty0, then boot with console=ttyS0,115200n8, on serial console, cannot login, it doesn't accept any input.

Mark this regression as it's fixed in 6.1 in bug 676969 before.

Sorry, it's minicom configure error, minicom cannot accept input due to "hardware flow control" is setting to "yes".  after change it to "no", then serial console works well.
