Error description for rh6u1 when it tries to boot on bl460 Gen 8 dual processors.

Description of problem: rh6u1 unable to load/boot on bl460c Gen8 dual processor. No boot issue if BL460c Gen8 has one processor.

How reproducible: Everytime rh6u1 boot or reboot.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot rh6u1 or reboot after rh6u1 complete installation on bl460 Gen8 dual processors.

Additional info: Error displayed "No irq handler for vector (irq -1)".

I guess abrt is a wrong component here, seems more like a kernel problem -> reassigning.

This is not a kernel bug. 

This was problem with x2apic management in the system firmware and was fixed in the BIOS.
