Description of problem:
Document list should be able to sort by (both ascending and descending order):
completed percentage (remaining hour), alphabetically.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.4-SNAPSHOT

Test case: Fedora Readme, f11, zh-Hans

On column statistic, 
it seems that it is sorted by alphabetically instead of numerically.
i.e. 
Alphabetically: 0%, 100%, 8%, 85%, 97%
Numerically: 0%, 8%, 85%, 97%, 100%

VERIFIED with Zanata version 1.4.2-SNAPSHOT (20111014-1658).
