Description of problem:

in pulp-admin repo help

see that the following 3 start with capital letters while all the other are not.

  	add_metadata   Add a metadata type to existing repository
	list_metadata  List metadata type information associated to existing repository
	download_metadata Download a metadata type if available from existing repository


Also 

 you could add a  "the"/"an" before existing repository
