Description of problem:

The RHEL-6 cachefilesd specfile depends on a specific version of the selinux-policy-base when it should depend on that version and any later.

This is fixed upstream:

The fix is simply this:

-Requires:       selinux-policy-base = 3.7.19-5
+Requires:       selinux-policy-base >= 3.7.19-5
