Description of problem:
There is no tool in the GNOME Control Center to change the metacity theme with.

1.Load GNOME
2.Want to chnge theme for metacity without using gconf-editor

Expected Results:  There would be an easy-to-use tool like the Gtk theme tool.

Yes there is, it's the control panel labeled "Theme" ;-)
