Docs are/will be here: https://svn.devel.redhat.com/repos/jboss-soa/trunk/build-tools/docs/BRMS BRMS_5.0_GA_Release_Notes.pdf has been added & also emailed to soa-pm-list for review. It contains several notes (in green) where additional information or clarification is required Initial comments: Section 2. Documentation (green box describing location for Java docs) Open question - looking for this now. ------------------------- Section 4. Supported Deployment Platforms The only JVMs that we should list are Sun 1.5, Sun 1.6, and Apple 1.5 - note that this is for the BRMS UI. The supported database should be listed as Oracle 10g ------------------------- Section 7.1. Full-trust is granted to logged in users. Known Issues in this Release This section should list all the unresolved issues - https://jira.jboss.org/jira/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?mode=hide&requestId=12312545 Javadocs are in a separate .zip download from CSP - from the same page as the other doc zip and BRMS distribution. release notes updated with feedback & new known issues updated, committed & sent to soa-pm-list aswell. " I'm a bit confused here, does this mean the BRMS UI has a client side java dependency (applets or something) ? And that we are supporting JDK1.5 on OSX for that, but only the Sun JDKs on the server ? Sorry Darrin - I was combining browsers and JVMs unnecessarily. In section 4. Supported Deployment Platforms - the reference to the Apple 1.5 JDK should be removed. |
