Link: Added: This issue depends GUVNOR-284 Link: Added: This issue is a dependency of GUVNOR-296 Version history is not cleared when importing from xml. As a workaround we can suggest to remove the repository directory or clean up the DB if one is used. Affects: Added: [Documentation (Ref Guide, User Guide, etc.)] adding as known issue added as known issue: Version history is not cleared when importing When performing an import the existing version data is not being removed. As a workaround you can remove all the data from the version database, or simply create a new empty repository to import into. Re-opening - this was listed as a known issue for 5.0.0, but not resolved. It looks like the root cause is that the export doesn't include version data. Due to a limitation in JackRabbit API, there is no easy way to clean up whole version history before importing. The best way to address this issue for the time being is still to doc it as a known issue (or suggest to simply create a new empty repository to import into). We can revisit this issue in Drools 5.2. http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/jackrabbit-users/201009.mbox/%3CAANLkTikNOPP41HvXb6L3rHoTs+me8hB617V_OynixtCg@mail.gmail.com%3E |
